An RFQ is not an order or payment

Your request → KONNECT review → formal quote → your approval → 50% deposit

Your target price is an indication, not a confirmed selling price. We verify the product and barcode, availability and pricing, then send a formal quote. The order is confirmed and a 50% deposit is requested only after you approve that quote.

Standard delivery scope · To your designated logistics location in South Korea. Korea domestic freight is quoted separately by method and cargo volume; international delivery is a separate option.

KONNECT service fee · Standard managed orders start at 5% of the products subtotal. Verified member or enterprise tiers may qualify for lower rates such as 3% or 2%. Your applicable rate and any minimum fee appear in the formal quote.
