DRAFT · PENDING REVIEW · 12 OCT 2026

B2B cancellation, refunds & trade terms

Proposed terms awaiting operational and legal review, not finalized terms or international certification. Confirm the final terms in writing before payment. The existing account is retained; company and bank evidence has not yet been published.

Business purchases and applicable law

This proposed policy is for business-to-business sourcing. It is not a universal international refund standard. Mandatory laws prevail. Governing law, dispute resolution and any applicable international sales convention must be agreed in the contract; consumer protections apply where legally required.

Before a deposit

Confirm the legal seller, beneficiary, account currency, item specifications, quantities, lead times, receiving address, domestic freight, service fees and agreed cancellation terms in writing. A quote request is not an order. The usual 50% deposit and pre-dispatch balance apply only as stated in the issued quote. This is not escrow or a payment-protection guarantee.

Cancellation and committed costs

Request cancellation before further procurement is committed. Reconcile unused funds and refund the amount agreed to be refundable. Any deduction requires an itemized explanation, evidence of actual non-recoverable commitments or completed services, prior contractual agreement and compliance with applicable law. No blanket forfeiture of the 50% deposit or arbitrary cancellation penalty is proposed.

Unavailable goods and quantity changes

If goods cannot be supplied, disclose affected quantities, the revised total and any payment or refund difference. Obtain buyer approval before proceeding. Do not substitute products, force store credit or retain fees for unprovided services without an agreed and lawful basis. If no revision is agreed, reconcile cancellation of the affected goods and return refundable funds.

Fees and logistics

Standard managed orders start at a 5% KONNECT service fee on the products subtotal. Verified member tiers may qualify for lower rates (currently 3% or 2% for approved tiers), and eligible first completed orders may receive a separate benefit. Registration alone does not activate a discounted rate; the applicable rate and any minimum fee are stated in the issued quote. Product charges, platform fees, packing, Korea domestic freight and international delivery are separate quote items. Standard delivery ends at the buyer-designated South Korea logistics location; Korea domestic freight is quoted separately by method and cargo volume. International delivery is optional and separately approved. A quantity amendment does not silently change separately agreed fees: review any fee adjustment explicitly.

Delays, shortages and defects

Notify material delays and propose a revised arrival estimate. Remedies for missed agreed deadlines follow the contract and applicable law. Report visible shortages or damage promptly with carton photos, quantities, lot details and carrier evidence; a proposed five-business-day initial report target does not waive statutory or latent-defect rights. Preserve affected goods. Agree inspection, replacement or refund and return costs; do not require the buyer to bear seller-caused defect costs automatically.

Refund reconciliation and bank safety

Proposed operating targets: acknowledge a complete claim within five business days and initiate an agreed refund within ten business days after reconciliation and payer verification. These targets require operational approval and are not statutory deadlines or guaranteed bank arrival times. Refund to the verified original payer through the agreed method; confirm bank-detail changes independently. Recording a refund in this portal does not itself transfer money.

Cosmetics and final written agreement

Agree authenticity, shelf life, batch information, import-market requirements and documents before payment. Responsibilities depend on the seller, product, destination and agreed delivery scope; this draft does not waive product safety obligations. Adopt the reviewed policy into a dated written quote or contract before relying on it. Company and bank evidence must be independently verified: no verification badge is implied.
